As a result, we have crafted many winning partnerships with prominent businesses, municipalities and government organizations.

Cullinan Properties has successfully developed and owned a number of medical facilities and medical offices. Most prominent of those developments is the 60,000 sq. ft. Illinois CancerCare. With state-of-the-art design and technology, the Center provides life-saving treatment to cancer patients from a 60 county radius. Also prominent is the Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) which opened in August 2009. The consortium that owns the hospital chose Cullinan Properties over numerous other bidders because of our long history of bringing medical projects to completion on time and under budget.
