Cullinan Properties has successfully developed and owned a number of medical facilities and medical offices. Most prominent of those developments is the 60,000 sq. ft. Oncology Hematology and OSF Radiation Center. With state-of-the-art design and technology, the Center provides life-saving treatment to cancer patients from a 60 county radius.

As a result of Cullinan’s experience and on going success in medical developments, we were recently chosen to construct a Long Term Acute Care Hospital in downtown Peoria.  The three hospital consortium that owns the hospital chose Cullinan Properties over numerous other bidders because of our long history of bringing medical projects to completion on time and under budget.
