Rick Jeremiah
Director of Site Planning & Construction

Rick joined Cullinan Properties as Director of Site Planning and Construction after more than 17 years in the Public Sector as the Director of Public Works for the City of East Peoria.  In his current position, he provides detailed review to the project teams and coordinates value engineering oversight of all projects.  He also works directly with Engineers and Project Managers on projects covering Civil, Structural, Geo-Technical, Environmental and Traffic Engineering on all projects.

While with the City of East Peoria, Rick oversaw countless public/private projects with a focus on the development of critical major arterials and new infrastructure systems including sanitary sewer, water mains, storm sewer, roadways and traffic control.  He has a comprehensive understanding of complex underground systems and their design.  His experience also includes commercial development of retail centers, hotels and parks.

Rick is a graduate of Illinois Central College and a member of the American Society of Engineers and the American Public Works Association and is certified by the Environmental Protection Agency as a Class 4 Operator.
