Chief Financial Analyst

Michael is responsible for the financial modeling of various projects, company cash flow projections and cash management, insurance risk management as well as involvement with various tax and other finance matters.

With a career that began at Price Waterhouse, Mike earned his CPA designation and worked as a senior tax accountant. He then made the transition into the private sector to become CFO, and subsequently, the president of an ICC Class I transportation company. After successfully operating and later selling that firm, Michael was the financial executive for one of the nation’s largest direct marketing companies. There he was involved in numerous strategic activities including mergers & acquisitions and business divestitures. In addition, his responsibilities extended to product pricing matters, international risk management, complex tax planning initiatives, and employee incentive arrangements. Most recently, Mike operated his own tax, financial, and estate planning business where he was responsible for $100+ million in client assets.

Mike earned a BS in Accountancy from Bradley University and an MBA from the University of Illinois.
