Gary G. O'Nesti
Vice President: Development

Gary leads the Development and Construction efforts for several Cullinan developments with special emphasis on Southpointe Town Center in metro Pittsburgh, PA and on Waller Town Center in metro Houston, TX.

Prior to joining Cullinan, Gary successfully completed the development and construction of over 5 million square feet of retail projects, including super regional malls, lifestyle and strip centers nationwide.  A shopping center-industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, he has coordinated the site selection, architectural design, governmental approvals, entitlements and environmental permitting processes.  In addition, he has managed anchor tenant sales and leasing on numerous projects.

Before joining Cullinan, he was Director of Development for Cedarwood Development and was responsible for the development, construction and major tenant leasing for a number of major retail projects.  He was also Vice President, Development for The Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation and Director of Development Planning for The Cafaro Company.  Gary is an active member of ICSC and has served as Chairman of the annual CenterBuild Conference.
