Carey brings more than 30 years of experience to the Cullinan real estate team and is responsible for leading the leasing and acquisitions activities efforts for Texas including Waller Town Center in the metro Houston area, and Burleson Commons in the metro Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Carey is a veteran of shopping center leasing, management and development.   Prior to joining Cullinan, he was Vice President of Leasing Eastern Region and Vice President of Peripheral Development for the Macerich Company, the nation’s third largest mall REIT.  Carey has worked with all aspects of shopping center leasing, including interior and exterior mall specialty stores, restaurants, departments stores, upscale retail, strip center retail, big box, theaters, super markets, and non-retail uses.

In January 2006, he started Prime Meridian Real Estate Services, specializing in contract and development leasing and tenant representation.
