Al brings more than 25 years of experience to the Cullinan leasing team and is responsible for leading the leasing efforts for Southpointe Town Center in metro Pittsburgh, PA and The Streets of St. Charles at Noah’s Ark in metro St. Louis, MO.  

Prior to joining Cullinan, he was Group Vice President of Real Estate - Mid Atlantic Region for The Mills Corporation.  He was responsible for projects between New York, NY and Washington, DC, including the development of the two billion dollar Meadowlands/Xanadu Project in East Rutherford, NJ and the $140 million redevelopment of Riverside Square Mall in Teaneck, NJ. His region consistently rated at the top of monthly production totals.

As Vice President Real Estate for The Cafaro Company, Al oversaw the Strip Center division of 25 centers comprising over 3.5 million square feet and the Pacific Northwest division which accounted for more of 2.5 million square feet. He has leased space throughout the entire portfolio with major national and regional accounts, big boxes, out parcel and theater deals.
